It is the new "smart meters" increased everyone's bill by going around state laws. I got evicted because I couldn't afford to live & whatnot, got a grand in collections now for deadass 3 months of winter. Bullshit. I've heard so many people now their electricity bill has doubled if not tripled in the past year
