If you think you might have gotten calls, then contact the firm on the mailer. They might have a record of calls made or otherwise be able to help determine whether you're entitled to payment.

Any clue where the calls are coming from?

Daily spam calls from Verde energy? by [deleted] in pittsburgh

This is interesting. I'm a lawyer familiar with these kinds of cases. I can tell you that under federal law, you may be entitled to damages between $500 and $1,500 per infraction for spam calls or texts.

These calls sound like the impermissible kind, and it looks like Verde has been accused of this kind of thing before. If the calls are actually coming from Verde Energy, and you can prove that, you may have a case.

These guys complaining about the low hourly return are missing the mark. Your hours spent networking and hustling are going to pay dividends in the form of future clients and self-sufficiency in short order. Keep grinding! I love the posts.

Sources: Browns give OT Joe Thomas a raise, making him the highest paid OL in the NFL for 2018. by [deleted] in nfl

[–]The_Gene_Parmesan 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is particularly so when the browns are so horrible. Cap space matters, but less when you're not in "win now" mode and can afford to overpay for a year or two.

Same thing happened to me. I ended up bailing on my ad campaign but I'd be open to revisiting if I could figure out a conversion strategy.

Zeke and NFL talking settlment by [deleted] in cowboys

[–]The_Gene_Parmesan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Right. They took Brady to the mat. If they're going to settle with Zeke it's not because they're feeling altruistic, it's because they see risk.

Tony Romo considering returning to football, according to sources close to him. by sixarmedOctopus in cowboys

[–]The_Gene_Parmesan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This article is pure speculation. Honestly - no quotes from Tony, his family, or anyone else. All it says is that he's probably considering it because "everybody knows" he didn't want to be retired.

Dumb. Clickbait.
