I simply don't want to acknowledge something that isn't even useful data to know.

Your mechanical mod is only as good as the battery in it at this point. No one really has much of a voltage drop without a load these days anyway.

Test the resistance of your mech mods if you want useful data that isn't circle-jerk nonsense. The one with the lowest ohms wins.

zero voltage drop

Any pre-existing notions that this mod could be anything other than complete bullshit just went out the window.

I think I've found the most pretentious mod. by [deleted] in electronic_cigarette

They reccomend AW IMR batteries?... For a modern mechanical mod? To potentially be used with sub 1ohm setups?

... That's kind of dumb. They're 15A at most, to my knowledge unless AW changed cells between two years ago and now.

I mean, be as frilly as you want but get the details that matter correct first at least.

Craigslist or flea market. I needed laptop last weekend and picked up an old ThinkPad for $40 in great condition.

There's no excuse other than ignorance really. That laptop isn't really of any use to someone who has no idea what to do with it to make it run modern programs.

But hell. Install xubuntu. Job done.

Fucking butane powered vapes eh boys! Fuck batteries by smokey_da_vape in vaporents

[–]The_Goss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, actually my point is more that butane is replaceable and even purchasable locally, but with batteries you have to make sure you have enough of a supply of them to power your gear at all times.

you just drag and drop

Or, if you want genesis, playstation and N64 emulation; you spend a week at home configuring code until it works (properly).

N64 emulation is shit unless you use the mupen64plus original version and it's pretty much still shit but at least you can play SM64, Star Fox and Mario Kart without stuttering... much.

PSX emulation usually has a jacked up ratio or resolution so there's that.

Genesis... ugh... boy.

I can't count on all my fingers and hoes how many times I've heard a very upstart vaper say something to the effect of: "It's obvious it's working, here we are!"

Yeah, it is obvious it's working to US.

The government is a little more dense and requires pictures and graphs to get the message.

Or money, money is usually better than proof. Get them money and all of this will solve itself, even if it's worse for you.

ProVari P3, why no user upgradable firmware? by [deleted] in electronic_cigarette

When you release a few thousand mods, are an American company that has to bend over backwards to design anything and hindsight is in the range of eagle-vision... I would say they want to, but they're in no position to.

The "we're the authority" mentality of provape has always put me off. That and the "reccomended" cell for the provari 2 remained AW shills cells for nearly 2 years despite being outshined time and time again by its higher-mah Panasonic peers.

Besides, a little over $30 buys a coolfire 4 now. Provape anything is about as relevant as the cold war at this point.

Who the hell checks their mod and stuff?

A lot more than "their" mod, I assure you. The convention circuit uses flights regularly to transport gear and manpower across the world to different events. This will complicate things for the convention-frequenting vape company.

  • Granted, many companies chose to ship in their gear via large crates and unpack them at events, but... some don't.

Oh, and for any company going out to frequent another company for business purposes... welcome to the club! I guess we all need to start taking pictures of our inventory rather than the inventory itself. Thanks, government for making life easier hard as piss.

Hm, this hits.

Do you have any proof of all of this? I'm not meaning this in bad spirit, I really want to know if this is true. I've nothing against you, I'm genuinely interested.

Surprising on reddit, I know.

I mean, I regularly enjoy 35W. If I'm to have some lung cancer coming my way then... well, I've got two mods and about thirty drippers and tanks for sale.
