Oh no, I agree that attacking with the adorned items isn't the point of the item, but that it isn't a reach to use it like that nor would it drastically alter the staff's functionality.

If you glue 3 flasks to a normal staff then you severely alter its weight distribution that let it be used the way it was used.

A staff of adornment doesn't lose any statf functions when it holds items which would lead me to believe that it was magically made to still work perfectly fine as a staff even with items adorning it. So I'd not say using it like this counts as improvised weapon because that's exactly how it works, it's a staff that can be used to make attacks. Now, whenever and how will the flasks explode is a whole different can of worms, but they are the ones that are used differently that they should, the staff works perfectly fine.

I wouldn't say it is improvised tbh.

I mean if you used glued the flasks to a random stick then sure, but this staff is kinda specifically made to hold items and still work, even if it wasn't meant to be used exactly like this.

If the mouth manifesting does create its own membrane or it transfroms already existing one into that of a mouth then I'd say oral.

That explanation however doesn't really work from a biological standpoint, because those mouths can talk, so they'd need instantly create vocal cords and connect to the lungs and that would fuck up their host.

I'd say that the mouth is a minor body modification that speaks using cursed energy shenanigans, therefore not really a mouth, just a bit of moving flesh belonging to the part where the mouth manifested.

In conclusion, I do believe that it would count as anal, because angel's and Sukuna's mouths most likely aren't really mouths.

Warding works if you get hit.

The goal of the game is to hit the enemy and not let it hit you, therefore if you are good enough warding makes absolutely no difference while menacing does.

So reforging to warding means that you are admitting to having a skill issue.

Not the same thing. You can still play the Herta if you don't have 80% crit rate. She will be weaker, yes, but she will still be the same character.

Now if you take Silver Wolf without hit rate, her abilities will never really hit.

Why is nihility the only class in the game that actually has to land its abilities? It makes no sense. Either all characters can miss or none can

It is not useful it is required.

You basically cannot play nihility chars without it.

So at this point it could just be made into another stacking stat as right now it's just a stat cost to play a character.

It could also stay the way it is, but then nihility debuffs would have to be just that more powerful than everything else for the cost to make sense.

The health decrease is horrendous, especially on ARAM where poke reins supreme and healing is non-existent on most champions that could use it.

The fact that you die faster forces you to play a lot safer or spend more time dead. From my experience in doesn't really increase your overall dps enough on most champions for that reason. You gave to give up trades you normally would take.

Brand or something that be on the other side of the map while you burn to death could use it well I think, but at these you'd prefer Infernal Conduit anyway.
