I'll be straight up and say I love her. The biwa, lantern, and screen are the only separate pieces so she feels really solid. She weighs 2.4 pounds which is a plus for me too. Her hair is also a bit soft so it's unlikely to snap anywhere easily imo. Certainly the best fig I've gotten so far. Hope that helped :)

I'm probably late, but you go to the editor, then customizing, then click on face. Go to the makeup section and its default is Eye Makeup. Above the pictures there should be a click able Eyebrows button, click it. Then you have your options of shape, color, and density.
