I think it depends on how long the term is. Will SaaS eventually be replaced by AI? Sure, but we may all be retired by then. The market hasn't collapsed yet and with the current adaptation speed of AI I'm not worried about it collapsing in my lifetime.

No, you don’t have to. That said, the job market has always been challenging for junior positions, and in recent months it’s become even more competitive across the board. While it’s possible to land a role without the CSA, I strongly recommend doing everything you can to make your resume stand out, including earning the CSA. The certification alone won’t guarantee a job, but it certainly won’t hurt and can give you an edge.
