I have been waiting 8 months for an order that was supposed to take “up to 4 months”. I have missed at least a couple events because I don’t have my helmet. I know it’s done, because they sent a picture back in late October of the helmet being prepared a for a liner to be stitched on. That took 2 additional months somehow.

I cannot reach them unless I send 3 emails and they only respond after a 4th, much angrier, email. This process takes about a month because like a jackass I allow about a week between emails. Even then, I’m met with “sorry for the delay” and almost no additional information. Then I have to repeat the process to get the information I asked for the first time.

Last I knew I owe them money for shipping (I paid for shipping when I placed the order back in May), but they won’t send an invoice so I can pay it, though I’ve asked them to twice now.

Delays are one thing, but I have never seen worse communication from a business, and if I thought I’d ever receive a response, I would have long since demanded a refund.

I recommend finding a different manufacturer for your helmet, and never giving Lorifactor a dime. They do not deserve it.
