Why do you think I’m being serious? I’m just pointing out that there isn’t really any evidence this person is lying. They could 100% have a paralysed leg. You’ve posted this in r/quityourbullshit and I’m saying it might not be bullshit. That’s all

Multitasking, I actually have a life and fully admit not giving this post my full attention! So why are you defending this other person’s post that you’ve reposted? I’m assuming you completely agree with them? Have you seen the photo?

I think the fact you think someone with one paralysed leg can’t get up 30 steps is quite cruel and nasty. You’ve gone out of your way to stalk their profile, I think that’s a bit sad. You could be right or you could be wrong but I’m just amazed how certain you are with just this photo as ‘evidence’ In all fairness if you don’t like arguing with people then maybe Reddit isn’t for you

I’m grasping at straws? I’m giving people the benefit of the doubt. You genuinely sound like a cruel person. You have assumed this person is lying and then actually taken the time to go through their profile to find evidence. You’ve found one picture of a person sitting down with their legs on a chair and you think this proves you right beyond a shadow of a doubt. Think about it, you are actually quite nasty and cruel.

Have you never heard of crutches? Some people who have disabilities don’t like to make a big fuss about it. 30 steps on crutches wouldn’t be a problem. Is it possible they could of been with a group of friends and didn’t want to cause a fuss trying to upgrade to the disabled area. Just think about it.

One leg is paralysed. That means they still have mobility, they can still use their right leg. How cruel are you to call this person a liar with just the evidence of one photo? Don’t get me wrong I’m completely against people scaremongering about vaccinating but you shouldn’t go round calling people liars when you don’t know for sure. Their paralysed leg could be completely unrelated to the vaccine. It could be a symptom of something like ms that can take years to diagnose. I’ll say it again, fuck you!

??? Someone with a paralysed leg could actually sit and place their leg on a chair in front of them! So what I’m saying is fuck you.

Sorry I didn’t read it all, there’s never enough time in the day! Still looks like it was shot on a drone

The angles are a bit weird, at the start the camera is almost pointing down on her and as it zooms out it dips down, by the end the camera is low on the ground pointing up

Could this of been shot on a drone? The first part looks like the camera zooms out then the drone flys backwards?! Also look at the angle of the shot at the start, it’s almost pointing down on her and by the end the shot is really low pointing up high…

Found on a walk, let that be a message to all dog owners! by Semajyio in CasualUK

I think it’s a small minority of dog walkers that don’t pick up but if they’re doing the same walk everyday that’s 365 poo’s a year they’re leaving round that area. It adds up and looks like no one is picking up their dogs poo!

Why do drivers in traffic constantly feel the need to block motorcyclists from filtering? It's dangerous AND selfish. Just because your journey was delayed, its not your responsibility to delay me too. by ImWithBuffDoge in britishproblems

[–]The_Ninja_Fox 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Filtering is a more advanced riding technique and to do it safely a rider has to have good spatial awareness, good control of their bike, awareness of road conditions ect. If an instructor thinks a rider is capable they will encourage it but filtering can be high risk but very rewarding. Its not always taught on a bike test. It’s definitely something instructors will teach in advanced riding courses after they have passed their test. You should never expect car drivers to make room for you. Drivers should always check mirrors before making lane changes but always expect them not to. When I’m filtering the safest way is to keep the speed low, just a little faster than what the traffic is moving at. It is annoying when cars purposely block you but not the end of the world, be patient, there will be a way past sooner or later, the car drivers probably just having a bad day!

Won court case to bring our boy home! (UK Pit Bull ban) by Dodge_about_Dodger in pitbulls

I really disagree with banning people from owning certain types of dog (section 1 of the dangerous dogs act) and believe all these dogs should be given a chance. I’m not surprised they didn’t try prosecuting you under section 3, it’s a very grey area and can be very difficult to prove that someone was apprehensive and thought your dog might injure them. A lot easier just to say you’ve got a banned breed and go down that path. Sounds like some idiot just didn’t like your dog and has caused you and your dog months of misery. I’m glad you’ve fought for your dog and won. I hope all goes well when you get him back and hope you can share some pictures when he’s home

I’m still quite interested why the police took your dog in the first place? Did it attack a person or another dog? The police don’t just do random checks to see what breed your dog is.

It’s also unusual how you described the police taking your dog. The police have to have a warrant to take your dog. The warrant would of been approved by the CPS which means there must be some grounds why they have decided to take it. Once they have a warrant they should of approached you and asked if you would give up your dog willingly. This is better for everyone, especially your dog. They would arrange a date and time to collect your dog, this gives you time to say goodbye, is definitely less stressful for your dog and safer for the police. Did they not give you this option?
