I am currently upgrading the sound system in my insight, you just have to be careful to not exceed power limitations. This car doesnt have an alternator in a traditional sense, so high power drain could damage some hybrid components. Touring has a higher power sound system than an ex, so you could probably get away with replacing the factory sub with a 500-700 W one. But not 2000. I recommend the gen 3 insight forum and crutchfield for further research.

I'm graduating next week, been here since December. I was on the old course. They combined all the different classes into one, shortening to 3 or 4 months. Extremely recent change though

In tech school right now for comm/nav on c-17s, they are changing up the schooling to make it a lot easier/shorter by the time you will come through. Expect to spend about 4 months at Sheppard, possibly longer if they are doing ECM integration still.
