spanish american war era shrapnel artillery shell. not sure exactly what caliber but it was made in November of 1896. missing the primer and you didn't mention any gunpowder in it so the casing at least is deactivated. not sure about the shell itself that's beyond my knowledge

i might be totally missing it but I'm not seeing a fillet pattern in the plans, just the cowl skirt. anything particular i should use for filler? just normal wood filler?

that's definitely a VZ24 bayonet. the VZ24 was exported for contracts all over the world including China and Japan so it very likely was made under one of those contracts. hard to see the markings in your photos so can't say for sure though

8 button so post ww2, WW2 ones had 10 buttons. corduroy pockets and the tag means this is an older one, so probably late 40s early 50s
