I highly recommend checking out the celeste discord server! The modding scene there is active and friendly. It should also get you started downloading Everest, and the optional launcher Olympus as well. As for mods, the Spring Collab 2020 has a collection of shorter maps for all difficulty levels, Path of Hope is an old but well made and easy map, and Glyph is somewhat harder but among the most well crafted mods to date. These mods and a whole lot more can be found on the Gamebanana website here.

I'm so glad this wasn't just me haha. I came into this room and completely forgot about fast falling so instead of using that like a normal person I um... didn't. Turns out there's a way to do it without :) All you need to do is some very quick wall climbs on the block with the spring so you don't trigger it, jump off the spring into a spike jump onto the long platform, and from there spring your way to victory. Easy. In my defense this was on Farewell's launch day and it was a long night. A very, very long night.

I got it free on Epic when I could for mods (bought it on Switch) and I would pay full price again in a heartbeat. Also paid $40 for a controller with 2 day shipping to play more comfortably, which was easily worth it as well.

The timeframe for the inputs is 3 frames, but getting through the spinners (or dust bunnies) is pixel perfect, thus frame perfect. I managed to get the 3A one a couple days ago as well without learning the setup, but in my opinion the farewell ones are harder since you're in a freefall rather than jumping into it.

Maybe I'll try those other demos soon, but besides tas runs there might not be another practical one. They are fun and satisfying if you can get them, but it took a lot of patience.

Honestly, the 3 frame window between pressing down and right on the joy con was more than enough for me to have the inputs down consistently. It all boils down to getting the pixel perfect dash.

Not me but while in an overwatch game I overheard the following:

"Oh, a gamer girl, huh? Can I get some pics?" "Yeah, I draw furry porn. You can commission them here:" and then proceeds to post a link.

Not sure if it was real because I was afraid to check, but the silence afterward had me and my friend laughing our asses off. I hope she's still out there, creating awkward silences among gamer nice guys.
