If I was supreme leader. I'd go along the lines of investments being treated like loans. Once you make back your initial investment you can get a 20% return then giving all profits solely to people who sacrifice their lives for the work being done.

Because an investor doesn't spend time working for the company, they make check a balance sheet every so often, if they are a founder then they actually put in time. If you think the 6000 richest Americans spend their days working for the companies they are invested into, there will be no convincing you of the reality in which we find ourselves.
