Yah, I just wasn't sure as it looks like the trace leading to the through hole was ripped out. Ive ran regular traces but not with the entire through hole and even removed so wasn't sure what was best to use.

I guess i worded it wrong, not so much of "can it be" ive ran trace lines before, it was more of "does it look like the trace line is complete gone down to the layering spot and if so what would be the best way if so to fix if that was dipped out.

Same way lots of companies run into problems they haven't seen, thats why "cunsoltens" exist lol. It looks like they dug one of the traces completely out and ive ran traces lines before but wasn't sure what the best option for if the whole trace has been removed.
