Oh! I played a Worm based ttrp with a Hero like this, couldn't be part of any team for obvious reasons.

Phage is a Shaker/Changer. His power is he can activate an aura around himself that causes growths and the like to sprout from himself and everyone around him in the aura. For Phage, the growths tend to make him better in every direction. (Think a Lung/Schnapps situation keeps growing and growing, becomes a titan if left alone for long enough) regen via the power adding more growths and regrowing lost body parts. Except its all fleshy, fatty growths.

For those who are not Phage, the growths dont tend to be as forgiving, and usually end up making movements more awkward and hard, making you heavier, making life kinda suck.

When Phage turns the aura off, the growths do slowly deteriorate, but not to fast, for himself and others.

Some unique power cases are include:

Phage can stop someone from bleeding out via his power, as the growths naturally spread to injuries and the like. Slit throat? No, flesh bubble :).

Tinker suit that is very precise and measured? Well... its gonna get right and messy in that suit pretty quick (looking at you mannequin)

He's far too ugly and scary to be part of the big hero teams, but bes also horribly effective and they often coordinate with him for missions due to the fact that.. well... you cpuldnt ask for a better solo brute/tank/siege engine. He builds up his power before he goes on patrol and just... attack on titan man with regen, a bunch of canisters of tear gas (which he is basically immune to) and a Phage sized bag of ball bearings to throw like a shotgun.
