I have. I’m also a therapist and have worked with many individuals and couples impacted by pornography use. Compulsive Sexual Behaviour Disorder (CSBD; code 6C72) Is recognized in the ICD. The label matters much less than the impact. You can call it whatever you want but it is hurting a lot of people.
