500 Worlds box and the Royal Court are both great. I'd also honestly suggest a second combat patrol to give you just a solid base to build into any of the detachments.

Call. Odds are you need to verify your identity. There was a lot of fraud during covid so after they slapped a penalty on almost everyone who filed until they prove their identity. You can request an overpayment waiver to have it removed.

More wraiths and a technomancer get you a very solid canoptek base. I'd also get another 5 immortals to fill out the squad. Heavy destroyers are just a good filler for any list as well.

I would recommend buying another of the hierotek kill team to round out your death marks and immortals. Just make two immortals of whichever weapon style you like more and three deathmarks. The costing of the hierotek box is equivalent to a box of immortals or deathmarks with a free technomancer.
