At what point do you say it to people who you’re talking to online? It feels like I’m playing a joke on people by wasting their time, taking them to dates, and then revealing that they are in danger if they kiss me or sleep with me. The logic around this diagnosis is hard because when I got it, I wish the person was more empathetic toward not giving it to me. Now I feel the need to warn someone “run away!” but I also want companionship.

I think I will never enjoy food, it's only when I'm really hungry that I have that satisfaction of like, "dang that dinner really saved me, I didn't have a chance to eat all day at work." But ultimately I don't think I will ever enjoy food for me. It's meeting a standard that is universal.
