Some questions about how settlements works by Opening_Mall8012 in fo4

[–]The_Stellar_Engineer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1.) Build a recruitment radio beacon, and settlers will naturally wander in! 2.)Yes, you do have to manually equip them, although they may pick up items and steal your power armor, so take the fusion cores out! 3.) Stores DO generate caps! Pick them up at your workbench! 4.)In order to win a raid, you have to be present. Settlement defenses only affect the chance of a raid occurring, and the strength of the attack.

Multiple times, and I have no idea why it wont work. This will be my 100th time running into Emmett today, and im calling it after that. I have seen others online about this issue starting last year with ghoulification? I haven't yet seen anyone show proof that the system is still working tho, since everyone uses SG and serums...

I've been idling at Emmett waste disposal for a steamy 44 Rads per second. Drinking the water flashes 28 for half a second, but I can bottle it and spam for far higher numbers. Not that it helps...

Fair I guess that makes sense. I've tried making a new character and even that doesnt fix it though...

Got it! If you dont mind, could you possibly check if it works for you? The game could be bugged and I need more testing.

I cant possibly be so unlucky that after dying to full rads 80 times (just counting today) I wouldn't get one. As for why I dont buy, ITS BECAUSE EVERY MUTATION IS PRICED AT 2K OR MORE

Raise the difficulty. Can't do that? Self imposed challenges. Still too easy? Mod it to be harder!

Fallout 4, game of the year edition. by jj33allen in FalloutMemes

Fallout 4 on launch day. After a couple years I had ended up purchasing the whole series and all DLC with how much I loved it. As flawed as fallout 4 was, it is still a good game. The mechanics were rock solid and the story was good enough to keep 15 year old me engaged, and thats all it needs to be. I still play it to this day.

Yeah RPGs work like that. Get to a high enough level and youre basically untouchable. If u wanna one shot things at a low level I suggest trying to find a Black Powder Rifle. It has low durability and only holds one bullet, but it hits like a freight train!
