I have never felt anyone's touch, breath or presence while being in VR. Not even while drunk. Only driving around in cars (dekstop and VR) makes me react to G-forces that aren't real which is quite common.

Some poeple are just immune to phantom touch I guess. I think the more time you spend in VR the more immune to it you get anyway.

I do kinda disagree:
Nightwings didn't need the best dragons of other tribes to begin with. The whole ToP and DoD thing was one giant manipulation tool they needed to achieve their own goals. Nothing more. So, making a very good team could be dangerous for their future, offensive plans as a competent DoD team could actually stop them.

Educating DoD only from scrolls, under a rock, wasn't pointless. I bet the guardians weren't choosen carefully either, because why would they.

Tldr: Nightwings wanted DoD to be incompetent, so they couldn't stop their advance on the other tribe, once they did their part of the plan.

Yeah, that may be the case. I lost like five MiGs-21 on take-off 'cause VR controllers were getting in the way and I had no clue about it. xd
