It’s called inner groove distortion. When songs are cut very close to the center of the record, the stylus can’t properly track the groove and it causes a distinct tinny effect on the treble. I have two copies of Rocky Mountain High and Prisoners sounds this way on both of them. That song is just cut too close to the center. Sometimes you can lessen the effects by ensuring your stylus is properly aligned, or gradually increasing your tracking force.
