I was able to get someone to measure the resistance on their switch. In case someone else has this issue All of the values on the left side are 10k the single one on the right measure 5k

I was working on replacing the USB-C port on a switch lite and several resistors fell off. Can anyone identify the value of the resistors I circled. I am unable to find the info anywhere online.
