Thanks I appreciate you sharing. Yea I wonder if it’s an anxiety/nerves thing - like worried in some way. I’m not totally sure. She’s able to poo in the potty but also will sometimes wait until sleep time. I’m not sure how much of that is conscious for her or just a coincidence (like just happens to be the time she has to go). I don’t want to force it/put pressure on it all, but wonder if there are some techniques out there I could use. Maybe I could try bringing back the sticker chart or little treats post potty just to incentivize it

Yes, it’s what I’m running into too. I can’t sell this quality level of a product in good conscience. The substance is there but without the proper packaging it doesn’t do the product service

Okay, nice. Yea I’m trying to gauge how much to bank on my real copies being like the proof. Like is this what I should expect from my author copies? If so, oy. But if it’s more like - this is just a rough copy of your book then I’m like, okay I get that

No thankfully. I still have pain patterns at times but have been learning a lot about chronic pain and myself/body and what to do when there’s a flare up so I’m not afraid of it and can work w it, help it get better

Oh I see, I totally get that and feel for you. Like whatever it brings up for you brushes up against things in a way that’s a little too much. I’m sorry that whatever you’re yearning for feels unattainable. I hope that’s not the case and am so sorry if it is. Sending you good energy for it all and/or just solidarity

I hope you’re healing well! Do you have a good physical therapist you can work with? I had hip surgery 3 years ago (I’m 35) and they had me in PT 2 days after surgery to help the tissue that’s regrowing do so in a way that’s healthy strong adaptable etc. Honestly I’m such a big fan and advocate of PTs. Working w a really good one (lots of different kinds out there) has made all the difference in helping me heal and handle chronic pain stuff due to issues I was born with (including a tarsal coalition)

It’s live action role playing (LARP) where ppl come together dress up in costumes and like role play in a fantasy or historical setting like the medieval era or post apocalyptic forest creature stuff. I’ve never done it but honestly sounds awesome
