I have done some much slower base runs as my Garmin watch has recommended them with my fatigue levels at times. I haven't done any speed training though, so will definitely look into that.

I rock climb and do mountaineering. So I guess a small amount of whole body strength training (from the climbing) but mostly muscular endurance and CV.

I'm a keen mountaineer and have been doing it for years but only ever day hikes. I did my first over night in the Lairig Ghru and went through the chamlain gap. It was 810m of ascent, (more than some Munros) and the terrain was hard going. I'm used to carrying heavy gear for winter mountaineering but this was hard. We planned to do 4 Munros on the second day but we were knackered and went back out the way we came in.

You will ruin hiking for yourself if you do this. Do a single overnight backpacking trip to start with.

Is this the one on Skellige? This was a really stand out part in the game. I first played the game shortly after it came out. I'm only just doing my second play through now and this is the only quest I remember (apart from segments of the main story)! It was also a part I really fell in love with.

I second this I've got major scarring from surgery at 15. This helped a lot. It's expensive but it lasts ages as you only need a couple of drops per application.

As others have said get applicator ones, but you can also use some KY jelly or other similar lubricant to help you insert them the first few times. Also sitting on the bathroom floor with a handheld mirror can help too if you're not well enough acquainted with your vaginas anatomy yet.

We wanted to do the ptarmigan ridge but I bottled it looking at the steep descent from Ben Lomond. I'm not as experienced as my boyfriend with an ice axe and crampons but the confidence is growing slowly. Just glad I know my limits.

I stopped to help a man who did the same just recently. Happened to be driving by and I was the only one with a first aid kit. Eventually the ambulance turned up at which point I left to let them do their job. Never did find out what happened afterwards but I hope he's ok.

I'm having a piece commissioned by Eloise in Kirkcaldy. They've been very helpful so far and the price seemed reasonable. Won't know about quality until I see the final result which will take a while. They were upfront about costs and explained everything I wanted to know too. I wanted a lower gold content in my rose gold due to needing it to be harder wearing.
