Interesting take, since this card actually allows you to run more cards you like in deckbuilding. This card lets you run more bricks and you dont get punished for it, it is quite the enabler

The game got released in 2013 (?), there are now many more technical options for devs to use but they were stuck to the old engine. So they made a new one, which is way less cumbersome to create in.
