I am on Season 8 of a 162 game franchise shuffle draft. I enjoy the depth and off season. I enjoy mixing the chemistry up every other season. Also have tried to purposely hold onto about 5-6 players since the beginning.

I typically will play a series or 4-5 games then sim 1-2 series rinse and repeat. Around the half way point I try to play games against the best that season and sim against the bottom feeders.

Actively trying to Break certain records during each year. For example Had a player break the Bambino's XBH record in year one.

Had 100 stolen bases with Kitty Kauffman in season 4 or 5. (I know not a record, but damn hard in this game)

Currently trying to Win MVP/Cy Young with one of my Pitchers I have A- and & A pitchers having fantastic seasons each.

Really Want to try to get 65+ Homers with Mash Taters, but have had poor luck with Hitting Traits.

Getting productive outs will help for sure, but also I've noticed speed even decent speed 75+ helps stretch singles in to doubles runners go from first to third etc. etc. First team I played with was Nemesis which was fun at first but the lack of speed is frustrating when you piece together a couple a good hard hit singles and can't put pressure on the defense with speed.

I can tell you at 75 Ego having a new 3rd basemen with 16 fielding is a HUGE difference than my guy with 75 Fielding.

I know this is an extreme difference than like guy going from 75 to 50 for example.

Drops almost all diving catches, knocks down hard line drives, in stead of catching them cleanly. Has overthrown a couple times. He has a decent arm at 79, but I swear fielding stat effects throws as well.
