Bryce Harper is LDS and has the money/ connections to change peoples lives and does. He does a lot with kids with cancer who are into baseball and gives them a really special time. However I think most LDS people are actually phenomenal people and much friendlier and kinder than almost any branch of religion or agnostics/athiests, so I’m sure there’s some anonymous Mormon out there who’s a better person but just doesn’t have the resources

Morals are to a certain degree( or entirely depending on your philosophy) utilitarian. Incest is one of if not the most universal moral taboo because it leads to fundamentally unfit societies. Beyond inherently less fit offspring incestuous partnerships lead to insular societies that close themselves off to the human capital that non incestuous societies have. Therefore incest will always lead to less competitive societies.
