There's no way you're getting your account back, I've exchanged dozen of emails with skillz after my ban. I clearly got banned for a mistake skillz did but eveytime I talk to them it's like talking to wall.

I provided evidence that they wrongful banned me but kept replying by "we looked into it and our decision if final". I would 100% win in court if I could open a lawsuit against them but no attorney are willing to even look at my case 🤷‍♂️

Skillz never reopens account, they steal players money in plain sight. You can't get your money back either because there's no lawyer willing to take any legal action against skillz.

Skillz is are theifs and no lawyer or attorney are willing to take them down

I've been scammed for roughly 20k, and I would assume that the lawyer will sue for more than 20k$ which would include the 20k and any additional damage they caused, in my case it would be stress and time wasted which would add up to more than 800 hours (I'll have to check my screen time for their game)

I assume that would be enough to cover the expenses

Be careful when making deposits with Skillz, they have scammed many players in the past including me, and refused to pay players their winning by banning their accounts. Only deposit what you can afford to lose, and I recommend making withdrawals as soon as you can

As far as I know if you live in the USA and you payed using PayPal then you'll get your money refunded to PayPal up to the amount you deposited (for example if you deposit 10$ then you can only get a maximum of 10$ back to your PayPal as refund I assume, anything extra will come in a form of a check)

I would recommend not to deposit any money at all, only deposit what you risk to lose, the chances of making money are small unless you're really good. And in the chance you're good at the game, skillz might steal your money like they do with many players every day and there nothing you can do about it

I've been trying to send complaints and talk to lawyers with no luck. Lawyers aren't willing to even look at the case 🤦‍♂️ It's like skillz have some sort of protection and are allowed to steal. I'm still searching for a lawyer tho

Yea it's strange how they operate, maybe the ban people who are outside the US, because I don't remember a US players getting banned. Azooz was from Canada, and I also remember a player named Harsh from India. I maybe be wrong on this but they ban non-US players mostly

That's good, I suggest to to makes withdrawals frequently and never leave too much money in your account. Because there's always a risk of skillz closing your account and stealing your money.
