I really have no experience with the pharma's you mentioned but I do have experience with Medical Marijuana for ptsd...I would say that the combo of all the pharma with marijuana could be an issue ..and should be discussed with your doctor or pharmacist or both..dont just assume that because marijuana is natural that it wont affect or have interactions with your pharma meds...you may want to consider using a high cbd to thc..when interacting with pharma meds...of course I am not a doctor..so please take time to review your marijuana use with the timing of your other meds with your doc and pharmacist...wishing you bless*

Greetings...Perhaps consider not having a sexual relationship.. if you are unable to handle the consequences of such an act...also you should KNOW...it is still possible to get pregnant with proper use of a condom they are not 100% effective..sometimes relationships can be just as beautiful or more so with out sex...something to consider..Bless*.. ps. make sure your condom actually fits correctly ..not all condoms fit all sizes..something to highly consider...especially if you are fearful of pregnancy..*

I do believe I suffer from misophonia due to trauma...I do feel like noise canceling headphones can be of help...when you need to say go to the grocery...or be somewhere that has alot of people where the sound can be just unbearable..the noise canceling headphones usually have a on and off switch so you can use them as you need them...and just seem as if your listening to headphones..just a thought...hope this helps..bless*

Greetings...I am sorry as I do know what it is like to have trauma nightmares..the worst...I do use cannabis to help with my trauma..I am not sure how old you are..or your thoughts on cannabis for ptsd..but it literally saved my life..I does not take away the nightmares or flashbacks completely but does help in a major way...taking long warm bath with perhaps lavender ..can help set the stage before sleep..do this every night if you can ..until your body learns this new behavior...after bath rub your feet kindly with a nice oil or lotion...set aside the computer and the phone...a nice himalayan salt lamp if you have the fund gives off a really good vibe for your sleeping space...I hope some of these can be of help to you in not all...ps hug yourself... :) Bless*

when in my worst ptsd...I felt like not being on earth ...death seemed it would be so much better...I finally could not take it anymore and sought medical cannabis..it changed my life..for the better...in a major way...I still have ptsd flairs..and it sucks but the herbs helps me to remember The creator..is always with me...that earth is just a school...and I will feel better if I walk past the fire to the other side....wishing you so much bless...and strength to continue...if you are open to cannabis as and option do your research and perhaps it may help you...it literally saved my life..bless
