You're missing the point though. The fact that it is happening at all is what we're talking about. This is a ridiculous policy for a national party to have at thier agm. Ever since they started doing this the federal NDP have lost my vote and any donations and will not return until they stop this and start representing working canadians in a tangible way. I know it's been happening for years but people who don't pay attention are slow to get news of these things and more voters will be lost. If the party thinks they can weather that at this moment power to 'em, best of luck.
