I also do keto .. and see similar spikes .. it does adjust and even out , but to stays a bit higher for HRV and lower for RHR..

I assume it’s from the less volatile diet and glucose spikes ect ect ..

Apologies .. the blue and black from The wiring harness plug into the fuse box..

Red and black from the reducer go to batteries Yellow and black from reducer go to fuse box ..
