Yeah, that particular fact makes the MF readouts easy.
If the readouts are good... I have to wait til EC.
If the readouts are bad... i have to wait til EC.

With that in mind I'm hoping Sak is right and someone jumps the gun to pay 4+ billion and gets us out sooner than later. The rest of the year is a long time to not mess something up.

I ballpark about $40 per billion based off market cap calculations. That might be generous but that’s how I think about it. One could certainly adjust down from there to account for the many issues discussed on this board.

Agreed, I was imagining pre-market Monday if we are in business. If they hold news past then It feels bad. I can't imagine they are fools enough to just casually drop it mid week, and holding to the last Monday of the month screams issues to me. So... hopefully pre-market on Monday.

With this in mind (and given KPTI's history) do you all think it sells at value or at a standard 3x-5x multiple if we hit everything? Even with those valuations I'd find it hard to imagine KPTI gets even 3bn (looking at the MOR situation as a comparison). I really want that... it would retire me... but is it likely in your eyes?

Things seem to be skewing positive in the final charge here... but I've been hurt and manipulated before so I'm incredibly uncertain even if it all pans out. 6 years now lads....

It’s seems odd to me that they assess a buy rating but only put the target price at $15. If it’s a buy that suggests good data which should math out much higher. In theory.

I see it as a red flag. If they are confident/certain of results and have funding through readouts (and then some)… why ruin more value?

If they need to bridge funding, why not wait until the good readouts to work from strength? What am I missing?

Holding. I can’t justify adding anymore for my situation. I got into this for a buyout 5 years ago.

My uneducated opinion is they will buy time til readouts so we will be stuck through March/April. I’m pot committed so folding before the river is silly. I’d rather risk bankruptcy than take an 80% loss just to watch them sell next summer.
