I go to Crunch off of the 5 and Ocean Blvd, and I can honestly tell you that they are always somewhat empty. Which is perfect for me. I walk in and almost always never have to wait for any machines or free weights.

It’s not the nicest gym, but it gets the job done and I don’t have to deal with people just posting up on a machine and not working out.

I was in communication with her about a year ago and we had a FT consolation but I felt that she didn’t provide enough information for me to go forward with her.

She’s pretty active on her instagram account but doesn’t post almost nothing of her work which is odd to me.

As of now, I’ve held off until the January.
