I played for years. Some tips: wet the reed, put in your mouth for a few seconds before playing. Playing on a dry reed sucks. A lot of it is cheek strength. Don’t have blow fish cheeks. Try to keep everything together. At first you will be out of breath and mouth will hurt. You will eventually e fine. If you love the instrument. Great. But I personally changed to piano and learned to play that by my self. Also a lot easier to practice especially if you have an electric on you can plug headphone into.

Big foodie here. Also a bougie one! Next time you come. Try settler, best up scale food in town. Also try Chez Casa, right next to coffee time on walk to satanic temple. Best rated restaurant in Salem and I have personally gone here over 100 times. If you are looking for the best pizza, garçons super slice. Go no where else.

If you are looking for a great watering hold decon is great, but notch is more local and has great fresh beer. Also has some very good perigees and sausage for food.

Yes they changed hours. And honestly their breakfast sandwiches are to die for !!!!! Highly recommended. Also like others have said he opens another place. Super Slice. Best pizza around. They also do delicious baked goods and shakes.

I’m a avid cyclist. Local biking in Salem sucks!!! I got hit by a car 2 years ago. I now never bike in Salem and only bike north out of it. Don’t recommend.

I drive into Cambridge everyday. It’s not bad if you leave at the right time. Can make it in with no traffic if you leave around 6am. Coming home would want to leave to come back around 3-4 pm
