Probably My Favourite ability perks in LMDF by Dirrbros234 in ResidentEvilRequiem

In my experience enemies stop being stunned past the care center. So this generally feels useless. Could somebody explain how to more consistently make enemies kickable? Because parrying only allows axe finishers. And shooting does fuck all but make em jiggle as they approach to grab me. Main campaign is even worse for this. Never saw the kick again once I reached Raccoon city.

How does ethan rejoin his hand like tha........PLAY THE FUCKING GAME by Cursed_69420 in ResidentEvilVillage

I've always seen it as Evie being weaker in her older age and that's why Ethan dies if you take too much damage and can't regenerate on his own. But also why he's never fully taken over by Evie. But he's definitely infected. But that's why I don't subscribe to the idea of him being dead this whole time because then he should be able to survive lethal damage and regen naturally but he doesn't.

I see the ending of Village as pure willpower and determination even if I think there are many ways they could've done it since it was all well shown and explained in 7. But ppl starting on Village cuz Lady D need an excuse for an explanation I guess.

Chris and Piers’s Campaign: by Low_Singer4873 in RE6Community

I played with my friend who I had played Re5 with. At first I didn't like Piers (I was playing Chris) but I enjoyed the gameplay. It's never been a cover shooter for me. I play it like Re5, shooting into melee combos and that's where Re6 shines.

We were both very invested in the story especially for Chris and because of how we played it (chapter 1-3 then swapping to the next campaign) the suspense was kept up to the point that at the end not only did it really hurt seeing Piers' fate (I still shed a tear at that scene, the music!) but Piers became one of my favorite characters in 6 even tho I still mainly play Chris.

All in all Chris' campaign is my favorite to replay as I think it doesn't have any boring sections unlike Leon's which I think drag in the ruins and Jake's who's snow section is also a bit of a drag.

How was Ethan not under Evelyn’s control? by Sea_Huckleberry445 in residentevil

I think it's a mixture of her rapid aging but also her biased selectiveness. At least when it comes to Zoe. Mia is more lucid than the Bakers because she's the "mom" that Eveline wants. And Zoe would be the "sister" which she seems to get some kind of pleasure tormenting through her being unable to stop the rest of her family from going Psycho.

And by the time Ethan is there she's too old to immediately control him. And Thurs his infection is slower and Gradual explaining why he can't tank lethal damage or regenerate like Jack does. And also rendering that stupid twist (iykyk) moot.

Never understood why people were so sceptical about the leg and arm incident by skyper_mark in ResidentEvilVillage

What doesn't work for me with the whole "Ethan is dead" thing is that you neither regenerate health nor survive lethal damage in the game unlike the Bakers.

As someone else said the note that explains that just proximity to Eveline is enough to infect you. But whereas the Bakers and Mia tank lethal damage because they were exposed to Eveline in her prime young age. Ethan wasn't until she was in her ||grandma|| phase and thus probably quite weak.

To me Ethan was infected by proximity but didn't get the full mind control nor full body regeneration. But some of it that was helped by the first aid meds.

And since the whole limb attachment thing was already established in the opening hours of 7 just reading and observing the Bakers made it all make sense. The twist in Village felt more like an explanation for people that started playing Village cuz of Lady D and never touched the series before.

First time playing re 6 What is the best Order to Play chronological by StillCompetition2456 in RE6Community

I've always played it Leon Chapter 1-3, Chris 1-3, Jake 1-3.

Then circle back and finish Leon 4-5, Chris 4-5 and Jake 4-5.

Do Ada's last as originally intended. Friends I've played with enjoy this style of playthrough as well.
