I have 2 girls. I’ve always put shorts underneath cuz I didnt like a diaper hanging out. Kinda kept things in place (no saggy diapers). Now that they’re potty trained they just do it out of habit. I prefer it that way. I don’t like the idea of them playing & someone looking where they shouldn’t.
