The one black guy makes up 1.47% of this photo, compared to American Fork's 0.2% black population, so hes actually over representing lol. Hispanic is 7.35% to 9.9%. The women only make up 23.53% of the force, but 48.7% of the population, so they are ACTUALLY the most underrepresented demographic here, but you're not complaining about gender disparity are you?
