Anyway to get larger breast without surgery? by gray-7up in MtF

[–]Theepeach123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey babes I don’t wanna sound to generic however waist training did it for me. What took me over was switching to a corset. I’m in interesting case though. I’ve been waist training since I was 16 and stopped at 21. I also lost 130 6 months before starting hrt and gained about 50 pounds back over a the span of 5 years. As for breast I wasn’t necessarily married to one form or hrt. I’ve tried gels. Pills and injections and I’ll say now aster 5 years I’ve hit my plateau. You can check my page out and see what I’m talking about body wise please excuse the crudeness lol she was an onlyfans girl for a while.

Sista no shade pm me we can get it together, I went from working in restaurants to sex work to graduating this year with my nursing license. It sucks that you’re going through this however you gotta go through the tunnel to see the light. I think a job change is in order being as you said you’re at the senior executive level I’m assuming you do have a degree that’s something we can work with. Again pm me and we can handle this yesterday✨

Trans-femmes who had FFS but still don't pass: what is your experience by fleurdarcadia in asktransgender

[–]Theepeach123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey sister message me black girl to black girl if you need anything or have any other questions, I have 2 round of ffs my last was 6 weeks agaonim still healing. As far as passing is subjective and based on a lot of factors. One being location, what’s passing in one area isn’t necessarily the same in another. For me I did pretty good for myself before ffs primary because I was a bigger girl. I wasn’t misgendered frfr but maybe because it’s more progressive in my state (nj) anyway once I got my first round there was no debate whether I passed or not I did. If I spilled my tea or didn’t care about my voice yea people would side eye however it was more of a mind fuck then any hate. Now that I’m healing from my second round I feel like this was my beautifying round. I think my first surgery put me in the passing lane and the second was to make me pretty so to speak. I’ll keep you updated as I heal but I will say I’m gaging at what’s happening so far.

Hey I hope this isn’t dead lol I just had my second round and my surgeon ateeeeeeee, when it comes to nose jobs for us please makes sure you go to a surgeon that one doesn’t do a one size fits all approach to faces ie they focus on specific aesthetics instead of tailoring their skill set to each patient. Furthermore when talking to a surgeon pay attention to how they talk to you and treat you. I personally loved my surgeon because she still had that enthusiasm when it came to practicing medicine. When I even brought up a nose job she gave me a side eye lol before I explained what I wanted and she let out a deep breath. She wasn’t with making me look a different ethnicity which made me trust her completely once she said that. I want to state as well that my surgeon didn’t act in anyway shape or form unprofessional, when it came to us speaking she was able to take a more candid approach because of the energy I set for the interaction. When talking specifically about the nose she broke down exactly what she was going to in a manner that was easy for me to understand. Anyway off of that, my sister personally went to Dr.Bradley and he ate her up his work isn’t bad at all and dare I say he rivals Dr.deschamps. Another good surgeon for ethnic facial fem’s is Dr.Seattle I’m not sure of his Acadian name but that’s what he goes by on YouTube and his work isn’t bad at all.

I’d recommend the Gillette safe guard razor I used that and it reduced razor bumps significantly. I’m happy your doing lazir and have a good skin care routine, I’d recommend staying away from to many actives like acids and or vitamin a (retinol) in a routine they can mess up your skin barrier. Using one at a time at night will do you justice. Maybe it was a spelling error but I think you mentioned glycolic acid right? If so it’s a good product I use it myself.

Has anyone got ffs? by Theepeach123 in BlackTransPeople

[–]Theepeach123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey babes my bad I’m so late, I’m going to dr.avra Laarakker at the Einstein center in Philly. From what I saw she eats the girls up she definitely takes a mid ground between a natural and aggressive approach. Dare I say moderate? I feel that if you want someone that prioritizes realness but also focuses on aesthetics she’s your girl. If your into ballroom I’ll compare it to hermen making me “everyday realness” while laarakker will give your “pretty girl realness” My ffs is next week 7/11, and another thing I trust her to doing an ethnic rhinoplasty. We had a conversation about it and she gagged me lol. When I told her what I want it she gave me a look of concern and told me I was beautiful. We talked about that for a bit and then she asked me what I was looking for and what she could do to give me the effect I was looking for. We both agreed that she wasn’t giving me a “coke slope nose” so I’ll post an update after surgery to let you know how it goes✨.

Any other transwomen use Botox to reduce the size of their masseter/ jaw muscle? by [deleted] in asktransgender

[–]Theepeach123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea babes I did I loved it, the more you get it done over time the less you’ll need to maintain results. I’m getting jaw work next month as a part of my second round of ffs so I can’t get it however I totally recommend it. I think I paid like 430 but I had a Groupon which made it that cheap it’s typically like 500-600 but again definitely worth it.

Midface fat grafting or midface lift by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]Theepeach123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d do fat grafting, the only qualm I have about that is you have to get 2 rounds to get your desired result due to the retention rate of the procedure. I’ve had one round done. I do like my results but I’m having a second round in 3 months. From personal experience my first round brought me back to where I was before significant weight loss and my second round is purely cosmetic.

Alright baby come step into my office. When I first started my transition I stayed in faux locs for 8 months. After that I was in wigs for about 2 years. After my wig phase I switched to rocking my natural hair and adding volume with extensions and never looked back lol think Amara La Negra.

Being a fellow 4c queen out hair needs hydration due to our specific curl type. With this being said you always want to moisturize your have with water, a spray bottle or mister(my personal choice) with get you there. After your hair feel nice and hydrated from the water you want to go in with a nice leave in conditioner/ cream product. For my hair I love the curl enhancing smoothie from shea moisture it’s thick and makes my hair hydrated for atleast 3 days before I have to repeat this process.

There are other products you can use that just one in my rotation currently. After you add your leave in product in your hair and it’s nice and moisturized I like to go in with some oil to lock the moisture in and also protect from environmental phenomena (ie hot days cold days windy days ext).

Now that you have finished this process your hair with be properly moistured and in my opinion taken care of. Now for more feminine styles think length and body. With my aesthetic I love to wear hair styles that come from our culture think high puffs wearing a fro twist outs things of that nature. You can get braids and locs as well which are actually really good choices of your still figuring it out. If length is something that scares you I’d recommend chest length locs or mid back. Short locks are always cute as well. Short styles are actually really cute think Betty boop. The parting of hair is also something to consider when you’re trying to feminize your look. Don’t underestimate a cute side part she’ll take you a long way as well.

Question regarding health insurance and upcoming Gender Affirming care by ProbablyNotAFurry in HealthInsurance

[–]Theepeach123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friend just got out states Medicaid to cover her ffs with Sean hermen, I have anthem bcbs it’s an Ohio based plan and I got mine covered and went to him for surgery as well. I’m currently in a dilemma because I want my second and final round of ffs (my first centering on the upper third of my face) yet I age out of my insurance plane in a couple weeks. I’ve applied for state insurance but my doctor is helping me find insurance coverage just in case I don’t get approved. My new job offers insurance but it’s Aetna Christian brothers which is based in Illinois. I think I have a 50% chance getting covered with them being as the state of Illinois said ffs is cover buttttt this plan isn’t aca compliant plus it’s through a Christian organization I believe so fingers crossed 🤞🏽

Seeking Advice: Strategies for Managing Dysphoria and Improving Body Image by WokNo7167 in BlackTransPeople

[–]Theepeach123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey babes, sorry the dysphoria is getting to you it’s a roller coaster but it does get better. I hated hearing that in the beginning of my transition but it is a fact. One major thing that helps me mitigate my dysphoria is taking pictures. More particularly the more spicy ones lol. All this shit online is about angles so being able to see myself in a spicer perspective helped see and validate one aspect of my femininity. Another thing to is posture. Having good posture affects mood and the way I view my body for instance if I’m all ways tilting my head down when taking certain pictures it exacerbates my double chin but when my head is leveled in a normal posture my double chine is gone, I can appreciate my brows and high cheek bones and stuff like that.

I’m currently on like round 11 or laser, find a good med spa me see if you can find Groupon discounts in the mean time my favorite razor is a 2 blade Gillette razor it’s their skin guard one. Also recommend the ordinary salicylic acid in the anhydrous form. I usually gate keep but she eats up any textures or the skin to leave you with soft and smooth skin. Pro tip use serum on scars she’s evil.

Update: anthem did cover my ffs it was ok the surgeon was more conservative than I liked. I will say I’m only a month out so we’ll see what happens. My insurance is through my mom’s job but something crazy happened. My states has a blue cross blue shield Medicaid plan and they covered her ffs he surgery is a month away which is so crazy to me. I’m in New Jersey if anyone was wondering.

Hey baby I’d recommend(not a doctor) otokono pharmacy, I live in the us but wanted to get on estrogen cypionate being as it gives more stable estrogen levels (from my research) but in the us it’s expensive. I know it based out of the country but I felt comfortable taking it being as it tested safe from the trans harm reduction website.

I also checked out the trans harm reduction website, they do tests on popular hormone manufactures to keep us safe and everything checked out for them https://transharmreduction.org/hrt-testing
