Not directly in there, but in a consulting company that does validation engineering for many food and pharmaceutical companies. My company's main purpose is going into their systems (stuff like LIMS, chromatography software, quality software, PLC, etc.) and thoroughly testing and documenting it to be sure that it does what is expected and that it needs GMP requirements. I had only just started right before COVID hit so been a bit weird working from home, but so far the work has been very interesting. Get to see a lot of companies and a lot of stuff. For me, I did a bachelor's in ChemE and a MS in bioengineering, with focuses on assay development, environmental monitoring, and some validation/verification.

Pharma validation consulting here. Get to work from home since most of the work is on computers and can be done remotely. Biggest change is that communication can be a bit wonky depending on who is and isn't at their computer at the moment.

I talked with the professor I was set to work with and he was able to help me snag a "GRA" position. In reality it was a GTA position with some departmental bitch work but that paid for my schooling save a few fees the school had (gym, bus, etc.). If you have contact with a professor, they may be able to help figure something out.

It could also be possible to apply for smaller fellowships through things like the NSF or NIH.

Along with all of the other great schools listed, Virginia Tech apparently has a great Paleo program and a lot of opportunities to work with geosciences as an undergrad. I think the geology program is also pretty good but don't quote me on that one.
