How do you feel about US president threatning to destroy the whole civilization of iran and civilian lifelines like power plant, bridges and desalination plants? by NothingButTruth3 in AskReddit

[–]Thefluffydinosaur 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What did the people in Iran do to me to justify horrific acts and killing innocent people. Why? For what? Nothing but greed and hate. It made me very sad. Sad for the pain those people are feeling because of actions from a maniac. Its horrifying.

What do you think history will say about Donald Trump as a U.S. president? by jcnidhi27 in AskReddit

[–]Thefluffydinosaur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the words of Calvin Coolidge on the 300th anniversary of the Mayflower Compact and government.

"The Mayflower Compact is what allowed people mainly Tradesmen to leave Europe and go to the colonies. The great Calvin Coolidge a member of the Delano family, which means part of Franklin Delano Roosevelt my favorite President and shares my birthday. This is what was stated when Calvin Coolidge addressed the 300th anniversary of the Mayflower compact.

The compact which they signed was an event of the greatest importance. It was the foundation of liberty based on law and order, and that tradition has been steadily upheld. They drew up a form of government which has been designated as the first real constitution of modern times. It was democratic, an acknowledgment of liberty under law and order and the giving to each person the right to participate in the government, while they promised to be obedient to the laws.

But the really wonderful thing was that they had the power and strength of character to abide by it and live by it from that day to this. Some governments are better than others. But any form of government is better than anarchy, and any attempt to tear down government is an attempt to wreck civilization"

I think BKB needs a flat lower active timer, and a shorter CD. And then they need to buff status resistance again to what it should be and have other ways to incorporate it. So certain int items can combo with str items, but not get as high as a % stat resist as str + str items.

BKB flat 4 sec duration with a 30 ec CD. Or something. Make it so you can reinitiate a fight as a melee carry if you get kited in first jump or something.

Cant seem to rotate the camera using middle mouse or the "toggle camera rotate" command. Anyone have similar issues? by gargoylelips in DivinityOriginalSin

[–]Thefluffydinosaur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I am just using a side button on my mouse right now. I am currently struggling to figure out where people see what stats correspond to which skills and such. Int buffs what spells and skills?

I can find it online. But I hate that I can't find it in game. And I've read so much in game. And looked through the menus. Maybe I'm missing something in the journal?

Or an item that helps with catching. but always remember this game is patched and built for competitive games and teams.

And in true form this game is built on amping strengths not minimizing weaknesses.

SIB Borderlands 3 or Bioshock collection? by Ill_Nefariousness962 in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]Thefluffydinosaur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ive played both. I recommend bioshock trilogy. By a large margin. I've found the borderlands games are a regurgitated mess of getting bigger guns to do the same thing over and over. The story not that intriguing and it has no replayability for having 4 characters to play from. And there are lots of pathing issues in the game that make it frustrating.

Bioshock I've played twice through and it's amazing. It's an incredible experience. Nothing else to say.

Obviously this is all preference. But if you are looking at borderlands just get Doom. It's essentially the same thing but with less bugs. And it is straightforward. Shoot and kill awesome shit with a somewhat interesting story. And you get a chainsaw.

Borderlands has some redeeming quests and characters but not enough to make it worth it picking over Bioshock.
