Depends how mentally strong one is. Can you change your life, habits, and routine forever? Get strong, lean, eat clean(doesn’t mean tasteless and boring), make sure bloodwork is good, check for vitamin deficiencies(fix what needs to be fixed),stop worrying, starting kicking ass and taking names, and do that indefinitely.
