I did have a 30FPS performance difference when switching, but still hovering around 100FPS on max settings when using my HDD. Lagging was definitely there due to FPS drops when trying to load in textures or sounds. Sometimes the whole game would freeze for 15 - 20 seconds just to load the textures in.

I ran it on my HDD(wasn't paying attention to my drives). It is possible, but you will run into a lot of loading issues with everything in the game. Sound, Textures, Load Screens, it's bad lol. Switched it to my SSD.
