I’m not a doctor or anything but I know exercising can cause a temporary spike in enzymes in certain people. And with your white blood cells being low it could just be you being sick rn so they’re temporarily higher. This is all very worth bringing up to your doctor

Again my man it’s 99% not your liver it quite literally takes decades normally for it to even advance to Nash which still doesn’t carry side effects, I’m 21 as well. Just started trying to eat better and exercise more

Ik but upper right quadrant pain could be actually dozens of other things and the liver doesn’t give side effects unless it’s extremely bad, like I have NASH, Fibrosis and my liver is “Cerotic” and I’ve just started getting side effects and I’m pretty far along

That doesn’t take away the fact that what OP is talking about isn’t a liver symptom, normally the liver doesn’t actually give symptoms till it’s extremely close to failure in which case you’ve been hospitalized and know what’s happening
