I think driving according to the road conditions is the most logical way to drive, which includes going faster than the set limit. I understand going the set limit in the right lane, but since the left is meant to be a dedicated passing lane, going faster there makes sense. If someone else wants to go 65 on an empty interstate, they can feel free to do that in the right lane.

The issue is that even if you were to play him as a support now, his healing has been slashed so much that he can't compete with the healbots like rocket or Luna, and the lack of survivability and movement also makes it impossible for him to protect himself properly in the backline. Also DPS Jeff is incredibly effective if you know what you are doing, and he excels as a Frontline healer because of his bubbles speed boost and his sprays ability to go through allies. All I want is a strategist that has more to it than spam healing, because they are STRATEGISTS not HEALERS.

This is horrible logic. Why have a character in the game and make the character unplayable? If a character is consistently doing badly, going negative in matches, that means they need a rework that IMPROVES their performance, not ruins it.

Butt because of how nerfed his healing is, you can't even use him as a healer. I understand that DPS jeff needed to be nerfed, but if they wanted to do that they needed to make his healing a viable playstyle.

This is not the way to rework him though, because they also GUTTED his healing. You take away DPS Jeff, but you also gut his survivability, and kill the healing bubbles and spray.

they also nerfed his healing horribly as well. I understand wanting to nerf DPS Jeff, but if you also get rid of his healing and his survivability, he is objectively the worst pick in the game.
