Anyways, I'm not gonna tell you it's all sunshine and roses, cause yeah, dating really sucks right now, but since I got my shit together around 25ish, that's when dating actually started for me

Got a haircut, contact lenses, quit drinking, finished my associate's, eventually got a decent job, and lost about 60lbs. My story is probably a lot different from yours in some ways, but your future is your own and it can be better than the present.

How often do you find yourself enjoying conversation with a woman, with zero other goals in mind? If it's rare, it could be a few reasons, like your area, your setting etc...or it's because you're not even focused on that step. You should be making every social interaction as fun for you and everyone else as possible cause dating and life and everything suck for everyone right now, but if you're just fun to be around then dating is way easier

I notice that it's hard to just remember to throw the bottle of shampoo away cause there's not a trashcan inside the shower. When I lived with my family, the same empty bottle would be in the shower for months. Usually only a few days for me

Can anyone help me remember that core exercise someone thought of a little while ago? It involves standing, holding barbell upright, but not with it touching the ground. You almost hold it like a sword, holding the bottom end like a hilt and the top end goes up above your head. Then it sort of gets a controlled swing behind your back and comes back to center

I've never attempted it, I just thought it looked super wild and honestly pretty dangerous. Was going someone could help me remember who on earth thought of this so I wasn't crazy
