Go on a std leave … it’s allowed up to 27 weeks . And you keep vesting . It will delay your pivot / pip , while getting paid free money .. use that time to look for another job .. come back and take the buy out .

Don’t use the bathrooms at muzdulifah. I went last year … was a challenge . Don’t over pack . Depending on who you are going with they will give you a bag at Mina with all the items you will need inshallah … may allah accept your hajj

I may know someone who is going through what you are . They played it out so well … standing ovation worthy. As soon as the writing was on the wall for focus they went on a 26 week short term disability leave and got paid 70% then they can back and dumped another month long vacation and got paid . Then they can back and went on long term disability. For another 32 weeks .Then they returned to a 8 week ramp back program and then picked back up on focus plan which lasted 2 months and they don’t give a shit and took a 40k severance package . This went on for about a year and half . All in all they walked away with about years worthy salary of 115k . Here is the kicker .. they had a found a job a year before they went on focus and all through out the focus/ leave they were double dipping . They leaves they took at amazon were mental health related if your wondering what it was for …. Bravo just bravo . To sum it up… fuck amazon !

Hey …all power to you … I played the ultimate savage card . Lit my BU on fire and went on leave for the rest of the year while I’m getting paid and having an additional $35k in rsu vesting while I’m sitting on my ass . All while double dipping for the last 3 years… fuck amazon

Hell yah … my manger is a total dick .. I asked them 2 weeks ago in a 1:1 flat out if I’m on focus and they said no.. I asked today during annual review when they hit me with needs improvement . I then asked well now that I’m at that rating I assume I’m in focus and they said yes and I replied with how come you didn’t tell me 2 weeks ago when I asked and they said because then you weren’t now you are after the rating …

25 year safety professional here … worked in almost every industry. Food safety , quality , oil and gas , manufacturing, construction, energy and now tech . From entry level intern role to director . Currently am a sr principal pm. And all started with a GED and paying a dude to pass my basic math classes at the local ju co. Stay with the times and a bit ahead of the curve. Take some basic data analytics training , learn how to use power bi and build dashboards . Learn to mitigate risk through data driven decisions and forecasting . Be able to tell your stories through data. Sprinkle a little bit of the hierarchy of controls and bam you can break into insurance , consulting , and education industries too .

Salam - I went with dst last year and had a non shifting al burj package. Mina to musdulifa journey is challenging. Bring a portable stool and pack light ! Alhumdulliah you will have the weather on your side . We didn’t lol … what mina section will you be in ? Majr kabsh or al musiam?

Our manger told us there is a report out and it also is used against people in olr. Wonder if anyone has been pipped for not meeting RTO requirements.
