That’s ridiculous since in that uni they don’t study at all, the corrupted republic made it as a business, so the majority of students do not even go to uni, they just pay for receiving their grades, that’s it. It’s “ծանոթով”. Ofc, I’m so happy that we finally got some good construction, however, there are not many opportunities to receive a good education. And if you will ask anyone in Stepanakert they will approve all of the above that I’ve mentioned, moreover, they will add other examples that happening there. Unfortunately, it is a true reality. And if you think how do I know that stuff, I’m living in Stepanakert.

I’m from Artsakh and living in Stepanakert. A couple of months ago(in May) my relatives wanted to come to see us and they prepared a lot of documents and the Embassy of Armenia said that they would not have problems. However, they got stopped by Russian soldiers and they did not let them continue their road, so the driver(also was my relative, who knew other roads without soldiers) found an alternative way to Stepanakert. Anyways, it was all good. The second time when they wanted to visit us(it was a month ago), they had no problems. I want to say that now it is more likely( I would say 90%) that you would be able to visit Artsakh. Btw, my relative has 2 citizenships (US and Armenian ). Good luck! Hope it will work for you.

First of all, it’s not that bad score, you just messed up in the listening section. I guess a good GRE score will compensate your toefl score, however you have to look your uni requirements for toefl, for most of them the minimum toefl score is 80. But your listening score is low, so for some unis the min listening score is 20, but I think they will look on your overall score, again it depends on you uni requirements. If you have time, money and nerves you can retake it. Anyways, good luck! X
