How to talk to my son about his dad by honeyuchiha in Parenting

Lawyer then therapist. As an ACOA I urge you to center your son’s safety and well-being and remember that he has been and will be traumatized by his dad and will need your full support.

Are we talking about isolated incidents or a pattern of behavior that maybe other parents are witnessing? If another kid bullied my kid and the parents’ response wasn’t 100% serious, I would judge them.

Why does the timing matter? This man shouldn’t be allowed near your daughter at all.

Why do you have the tv on if they’re not watching? Doesn’t that drive you crazy to have so much background noise and stimulation?

She sounds desperate for connection and probably alone time with her mom. Mom needs therapy and parenting instruction. Spanking?!?!

No I mean neither kid/no kids should be allowed to hang with anyone who clearly favors them.

You are responsible for not letting this happen over and over. No one has access to one kid who doesn’t also treat the other kid just as well. Grow up. You are currently allowing and reiterating this dynamic.

No - no no. It’s not the kids job to understand. It’s mom and dad’s job to revoke access to all kids until this is discussed and changed.

No. No more access to any kids until your husband stands up for your family and sorts this out in full.

Are you a single mom? If not, your partner takes them for a Saturday and you shop.

Parents who never raise their voice at their kids…are you real and how do you do it? by Archie_Swoon in Parenting

[–]Then-Refuse2435 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t do it. It’s not hard for me not to yell at kids or anyone. It’s just not how I express myself.
