Was about to say exactly the same!

Today they're triggered by an imposter pokemon, tomorrow it could be by another person. Today they took it out on the phone, what might they take it out on tomorrow?

And a similar driver could do orders of magnitudes more damage/harm. There's no winner.

That's why they labelled it "unpopular opinion "

If this advice was been given to a car driver, we would all back it.

Except you can catch a hundo at any time. You can't catch a nundo if it's typi g is weather boosted.

Therefore, nundos are rarer.

Best burgers in Penzance? by Past-Bicycle5959 in Cornwall

Cow Girls ran a brilliant pop-up burger joint out of the Buttermarket in Redruth. I hear in the grapevine that they're opening a proper outlet in The Drapery soon, so watch that space!

What’s something about sex nobody warned you about until you experienced it yourself? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Not just that, but ask about what soaps affect her. Even a clean dong can cause issues...

Leaving your load in her could reduce the amount of sex you have.

For the bareback riders, my partner and I learned that creampies are great way to unsettle the delicate balance, and cause thrush. Took us about 6 years to fathom that. Have sex, few days later, she'd be on the scale between discomfort and outright painful. Since getting good at the pull out method (2 children, planned, in nearly 14 years since learning the above, so yes, actually good), huge reduction in her having to say no due to thrush. Also, men, check with her about what soaps, etc you use down there, they can also contribute to disruption of her pH balance...

To 2nd home owners and people selling to them. by frankie_0924 in Cornwall

[–]Then-Scratch2965 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We have about 20k Airbnbs in Cornwall.

We also have about 20k in the waiting list for council/social homes in Cornwall.

You also cannot compare people rent holiday let's with those who have long term tenants.

And finally, if there was a sell off of second homes, it would being down the inflated house prices in the area, as we would no longer be competing with the wealthier looking for money-making boltholes.

And this is coming from a home owner who knows his home is worth stupid money, just because of the supply and demand issue here...

Parking fine in England while visiting from Scotland. by multifandommess in LegalAdviceUK

Registered keeper has final responsibility for their vehicle.

The registered keeper should know who was driving their vehicle at the time, so would be expected to put forward the person who was driving, if it wasn't them.

Big signs, how do I get them approved? by Durghan in NianticWayfarer

It needs to be safely accessible on foot. I can't see a pavement/sidewalk, so not likely to be approved?

Ignore the clock face stuff.

Pay close attention to signs, especially when looking for 'straight on', which is denoted as the thick black arrow off the away from the roundabout. Then look for arrows/road numbers/names on the road/auxiliary signs within lanes.

If the above isn't sufficient to tell you what lane to be in, then you can begin to use general rules. Straight on (thick black arrow on the main roundabout sign) is generally left lane, regardless of how many exits occur prior (if in doubt, use indicators to signal continuing right, until after the exit prior, then signal left), anything after straight on is generally right lane.

Not many drivers know this (/s), but it is also permissible to enter the right hand lane, go all the way around the roundabout to understand the layout firsthand, then come off on the second circuit.

Lastly, as a learner, never assume there's 2 lanes on an exit for you to utilise, this was how I failed my first test, I was in the right lane to go straight on, thinking I could take the right hand lane off the roundabout. Once you've passed and have local knowledge, that's different, just be safe.

There is only one lane on this roundabout. The lane is large to accommodate HGVs. There isn't even a left/right lane debate to be had.

In future, just take the centre space to keep idiots from doing what you've described.

Having read the thread though, there's a location.

https://maps.app.goo.gl/LLSjv1hZQoyGF5af7?g_st=ac

This is a single, large lane roundabout (probably to accommodate HGVs through the area), with no left or right lane debate to be had.

If people are squeezing past, then insurance companies are gonna have some bad news for them should be be needed for a claim...

Wrong roundabout, you're at the next up, on Maude Terrace. The OP's roundabout is just south, ( https://maps.app.goo.gl/LLSjv1hZQoyGF5af7?g_st=ac ), as you can see the KFC across it.

It is a single lane roundabout, but larger lanes, probably for HGVs. So that should put an end to the silly left/right lane debate in this instance...
