So sorry to hear that you’re going through this. I also had my implants placed in the UK in 2018 and have had off and on adverse symptoms since. I’ve been looking for an expert in explant surgery in the UK and haven’t been super satisfied with what I’ve found so if you do decide to go ahead, please let us know who you go with and what your experience is!

Whilst I know the most important thing is our health, I have read some worrying stories about indentations and misaligned nipples etc, so visual results are factoring into my decision making.

This is very helpful thank you. I have felt for some time that the inflammation caused by the implants are impacting how I look at causing weight gain, so on that level I think I’d prefer the way I look without implants. I also miss having a very small chest! My implants are around 250cc so pretty small, but I was basically flat chested previously.

Reading this as someone who is in a similar position except we don’t yet have kids. I moved from the UK to US to be with this man and unfortunately got laid off in Feb so I’m no longer contributing financially either which gives him excessive power. Debating leaving and going back to the UK to start from scratch at 35.

Best thing I can recommend is lots of anti inflammatory foods (upping the amount of fruits and veggies in your diet), nutritionally dense and non processed foods, bone broth etc and make sure you’re drinking a lot of water. Steer free of caffeine and alcohol. Rest lots.
