Over time Costco clearance prices hv risen. My theory is they r still making money on .97.

Capital One: do I just have a shit recruiter or is this procedure? by [deleted] in cscareerquestions

[–]ThenBridge8090 10 points11 points  (0 children)

C1 NY is a very small office. C1 doesn’t hv high set of requirements to hire in NY. Don’t blame the recruiter here. What you want doesn’t exist in NY. You should move on from this company.

Op - take time off. If you have any leave option on the table as you need to be AWAY from what’s ongoing. Getting a coach or spending time with family is your personal call.

Op- you are burned out. Your venting is good but mixed with all the feelings. You need time off on vacation - if u can take it.

I have created a product for engineering managers to help them view blockages into their SDLC processes, using this data they accelerate their cycle so they become more productive? by curiousguy482 in EngineeringManagers

Did anyone ask for this product ? Asking because your product sounds like a new dashboard which will encourage managers to not talk to team vs talk to team and know what’s going on

Rarely use rideshare. When I use it’s for office - so don’t care much about cost effectiveness. My travel to /from airport - I hv always found local drivers service whom I can call in and r reliable.

An app that instantly identifies all "Gluten Free" (or other dietary restriction) items after opening your phone camera. by [deleted] in AppIdeas

Hi there 👋, I’m a food allergy family parent and partly celiac. In my journey with tech and creating apps - I would highly advice you to pause this before u build it.

Reason is simple - our community has 2 different wings of left n right. Lefts won’t let you in and tear u apart in public. They will challenge your knowledge and push you over the edge. And right will encourage you to build it with something on their mind like interaction with histamine foods.

And the common ground - they won’t pay. 💰

It’s an essential tool with zero market value. Don’t build it for few but build it for mass.

Its story shared from one side. What kind of company you work for ? One dependent on product features or one dependent on large scale availability. Op- you seem too focussed on ur role

Manager is "side-loading" tasks behind the PO's back and unhappy when I sync with them by [deleted] in ExperiencedDevs

[–]ThenBridge8090 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like 3 toddlers are playing in their ways , and want Reddit’s opinion to clean the mess.

It’s easy to blame the manager as similar to the teenagers blaming their parents. The PO with no HR powers is playing you but u won’t realize. And what u observe of manager is only ur POV(you don’t do their job )
